Registration Regulation for Dormitory Visitor

1. In accordance with National Tsing Hua University Student Dormitory Guideline, Article 15, Item 2, visitor should register with personal ID in person at Service Centre in each area or at Reception Room for visiting.

2. Effective date: August 1st, 2015 (Note 1).

3. Visiting time: From 8:00 to 24:00 for male dormitories; from 8:00 to 17:00 for female dormitories. People who visit dormitory of different gender at prohibited hours without permit from on-duty dormitory instructors, staffs of Guidance and Counseling Division or dormitory administrator will lose 5~10 credits, depending on the situation.

Ming, Ping, Shan

Monday-Friday:0830-1200,

1330-17:00 at Division of Student Housing or Area 1 Service Centre.

Other time and holiday: apply at Area 1 Service Centre.

Shiue, Hsin, Cheng, Hua, Ching, Yi

Area 1 Service Centre (Dorm Yi)

Jen, Hung, Li, Shuo, Shyr, Hsinn, Ru

Area 2 Service Centre (Dorm Li)

Wen, Jing, Huei, Ya

Area 3 Service Centre (Dorm Ya)

5. Application Procedure: Visitor shall fill in registration book at application location in respective dormitory in order to get visitor ID or visitor vest (Note 2). 

Note 1: Before August 1st, 2015, visitor application of Dormitories Wen,Jin, Huei and Ya remain the same as previous procedure. New regulation shall be followed after August 1st, 2015.

Note 2: If the visitor is a member of faculty or a student of National Tsing Hua University, a visitor ID is needed; other visitors (including maintenance providers) shall wear visitor vest.
